It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Canary Barnard (Tulsa, Oklahoma), who passed away on October 7, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy Jo Barnard and William Barnard; his brother Mark Barnard; and his aunt Patricia Winston Barnard. He is survived by: his siblings, Teri Ritz, George Ferguson, Rebecca Barnard, Kelly Athey and Tracy Barnard Hardison. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
