He is survived by: his father Bill Ragsdale of Owasso, OK.; his son Charles Ragsdale, Jr. (Ashley Ragsdale); his grandchildren, Emmalee and Audrey; and his sisters, Shirley Ragsdale and Karen Orcutt. He is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews.
