He is survived by: his children, Pam Hughes (Billy) of Broken Arrow and Paul Dickerson (Trudy) of Jenks, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jamie Rivers (Louis) of Shreveport, Lennon Dickerson of Sapulpa, Molly Hughes of Tulsa, Carly Hughes of Broken Arrow, BJ Ernst of Jenks and Isaac Ernst of Jenks, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Daisy of Shreveport, Louisiana, Sage of Shreveport, Louisiana and Blaze Rivers of Shreveport, Louisiana; his brother William Hoornstra of Lakewood, Texas; and his niece Karin Robinson of Lakewood, Texas..
