She is survived by: her father William Sikorski; her husband Vern Lee Cassity II; her sons, Brandon Cassity and Alex Cassity; her mother Katie Horton Sikorski; her stepfather Roland Sikorski; her siblings, Michael Horton, Robert Sikorski, John Sikorski, Christopher Sikorski, Aaron Sikorski, Brandie Sikorski and Savannah Sikorski; and her grandparents, Fred, Patsy Davis, William and Martha Horton. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
