He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Stewart and Vera Ann Stewart (Cody); his wife Margaret Lou Arnett; and his siblings, Tommy Stewart and Gloria Donelson.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Dardenne of Tulsa, Cliff P. "Buck" Stewart of Tulsa, Jill Lang of Tulsa and Matt Stewart (Sheila) of Sapulpa. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
