He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harlan Roosevelt and Martha Mae Selsor Budd; his wife Betty Jo Towell Budd; his sister Judy; his brother-in-law Jim Kelley of Broken Arrow; his stepchildren, Paul, Mike, Tom Hays, Chris, Jimmy Towell and Duncan; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Erica Fowble of Norman, Christopher and Matthew Towell of Tulsa. He was also cherished by many great grandchildren.
