He is survived by: his wife Linda Blair; his children, Tama Lynn Summers (Clark) of Heavener, Oklahoma. and Marcus Dan Blair (Kerrie) of Columbia, Missouri.; his sister Gaye Glenn (Jim) of Van Buren, Arkansas.; his brother-in-law Eddie Olive of Heavener, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Gracie Blair, Havyn Rachel and Kanan Jade Summers of Heavener, Oklahoma.; and his pets, Murph and Otis Numerous.
