He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leo Mullen and Eileen Imelda Ahern Mullen; and his wife Rose Mary Mullen. He is survived by: his children, Brian Mullen (Melissa) of Tulsa, Mike Mullen (Vickie) of Dallas, Kelly West (Andy) of Orlando and Tim Mullen; his former wife Susan of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Chris, Kate, McKenzie, Beth, Samantha, Caston, Ethan, Drew (Raquel), Tali, Macy, Tori, Caroline, TJ and Jack; his great grandchild Wilder; and his siblings, Jim Mullen (Darlene) and Eileen Bane (Jim). He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
Due to gravity of the circumstances and the result the pandemic has brought into our lives, current conditions have necessitated measures prohibiting a customary farewell at this time.
