He is survived by: his former wife Vickie Sue Colt; his children, Tonya Cherie Annex of Sapulpa, Oklahoma and Dylan Paul Annex (Stephanie) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his wife Kathy; his son Michael Paul Annex (Brittney) of Alice; his sister Cherie Wages (Kenny) of Medford; and his grandchildren, D. J. Annex, Cameron Harvey, Lucas Annex, Liam Annex and Emma Annex.
