He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Allen and Robbie Allen. He is survived by: his wife Norma S. Allen; his children, Charity Buxton (Michael) of Edmond, OK and Timothy Allen (Vickie) of McAlester, OK; his granddaughter Victoria Allen; and his sisters, Bobbie Muse (Vernon) of Sand Springs, OK and Jenita Sutmiller of Wilburton, OK.
