He was predeceased by: his son Erin Peevy; his stepdaughter Jill Norris; and his sister Lynnah Kimes. He is survived by: his stepson Craig Norris of Tulsa; and his siblings, Verna Smith of Dyer and Thomas Peevy of Tulsa. He is also survived by grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews.
