She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Tom Perry and Pauline Margarite Pettus Perry; and her sisters, Sue, Doris, June, Madelyn, Marilyn and Jackie.
She is survived by: her husband Tommy Jurney; her sons, Greg Jurney (Nancy) of Sand Springs and Jeff Jurney (Subrenia) of Sperry, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Jessica Smith (Allan) of Sand Springs, Katelyn Jurney of Tulsa, Taylor Finney (Justin) of Sand Springs, Tyler Jurney (Kate) of Houston and Hunter Jurney (Morgan) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Everly Smith of Sand Springs, Eliza Smith of Sand Springs, Emeline Smith of Sand Springs, Porter Jurney of Tulsa and Leighton Finney of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; and her brother Jim Tom Perry, Jr. of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Cancer Society in Dixie's honor.
