He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Augustus Duncan and Viola Leanda Stamper of Altus, Oklahoma.; and his brothers, Jerry Dean and Patrick Norman. He is survived by: his son J. D.; his daughter-in-law Rachel Lynn Martin of Shreveport; his grandchildren, Joshua Daniel, Meredith Marie Griffin, Annalee Mae and Stella Rose of Shreveport; his daughter Diana Theresa; his son-in-law Charles Hodgson; his grandchildren, Andrew Martin, Brittney Martin, Christopher Martin, Paige Martin, Carl U. Duncan and Zachery Hodgson; and his sister Carolyn Joan Sink of Norman, Oklahoma..
