He is survived by: his children, Pam Haynes (Donnie) of Mounds, OK and Brad Etzkorn of Tulsa; his granddaughter Dana Gancasz (Jeff); his stepgranddaughter Tandra Dean (Aaron); his great grandchild Joslyn Schell; and his stepgreat-granddaughters, Skiler and Emme Dean.
