He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Collins and Juanita Collins (Helms); his brother Jim Collins; his sister-in-law Ramona Collins; and his grandson Bryan Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy; and his sons, Rick Collins (Karla) and Doug Collins (Tammy). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
