He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Franklin and Josie Lee Rush (LeRoy); and his sister Barbara Courtney. He is survived by: his children, Matt Rush (Tarah) of Salina, OK and Jill Fox (Mike) of Athens, TX; his grandchildren, Casey Stinson, Daulton Stinson, Dillon Rush, Johslyne Stinson, Izabel Pritchett, Jon Stricklen (Natalie), Falecia Freeman (Don), Casey Ryan (Fantasia) and Rachel Vail (Colby); and his brother Jerry Rush (Elizabeth) of Locust Grove, OK.. He is also survived by his parents; his wife.
