We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Eula Vay Williams of Tulsa, Oklahoma, born in Ada, Oklahoma. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herman and Mildred Frankie Shields (Jones); and her siblings, Roscoe Shields, Luther Shields, Melvin Shields and Nadine Bauhaus.

She is survived by: her husband Paul Carroll Williams; her children, Carol Williams of Tulsa, David Williams (Marilyn) of Tulsa and Deborah Hopkins (Jim) of Cornville, Arizona; and her sister Joahna Swiams of Albuquerque. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
