The lying in state was held on Thursday, May 6th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Ninde Brookside Funeral Home (3841 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa, OK 74105). Visitation was held on Thursday, May 6th 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Friday, May 7th 2021 at 2:00 PM.
