With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Florence D. Churchill (Tulsa, Oklahoma), who passed away on December 7, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alice Dukes and Theodore Dukes (Ted); her son Steven; her husband Elmer Manley; her sons, Richard of Stillwater, David of Skaneateles and Mark Manley of Tulsa; and her cousin Edwin Dukes. She was also cherished by four grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

Memorial services will be arranged through Moore Funeral Home when pandemic restrictions allow.
