He is survived by: his wife Rita Rupp (Johnson); his brother Ernie Rupp; his daughters, Cynthia Richards, Renee Ives and Susan Page; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Jonathan, Samuel, Margaret Ruth, Jedidiah, Rachel Ives, Garrett and Allison Page. He is also survived by relatives and a host of friends.
