It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Doll of Tulsa, Oklahoma, born in Ochelata, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 7, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Venice Tilley and Augusta Tilley; her husband Kenneth Doll; her siblings, Clara Mae (N. C. Harper), Kenneth Tilley and Leonard Tilley (Genie); and her siblings-in-law, Wayne, Orville Doll and Katherine Doll.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Sisemore (Rickie) of Tulsa and Shelia Raines (Jerry) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Matt Raines (Bobbie) of Okmulgee, Colby Raines (Brandi) of Yale and Melissa Wolschke (Kai) of Liberty; and her siblings-in-law, Norbert Doll of Glencoe, Oklahoma and Myra Doll of Tulsa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
