He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Covey and Pearl Covey (Mathew) of Oxford; and his siblings, Darrell Covey, Gerald Covey and Naomi Covey.
He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Burwell Covey; his sister Beverly Noble (Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Bonnie Covey of Verdena Springer, Donald Burwell (Barb) and Lyle Burwell (Linda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
