He was predeceased by: his parents, Gar and Evelyn; his brothers, Lee and Ken; and his pets, Phil, Fozzy and Angel.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff and Tammy; his grandchildren, Mandie, Ashley, Travis and Jordin; his great grandchildren, Larissa, Chloe, Angelina, Jace, Orion, Julianna, Osiris and Cora; and his wife Ruth.
