She was predeceased by: her parents, Netche Gray and Bertha Gray; her husband Paul Dean Lewis; and her son LaMont Osborne. She is survived by: her son Joe Menawa Sulphur Jr of Eufaula, OK.. She is also survived by four grandchildren, seven great-grand-children, and seven great-great-grand-children.
