He is survived by: his wife Katherine Wagoner; his daughters, Sherry Elaine Dake (Joe David), Rebecca Fowler (Daryl), Corina Davis (Barry Dailey) and Victoria Davis; his grandchildren, Holly Marie Proctor, Joe David Dake II, James Fowler, Ricky Fowler (Andrea), Daryn Fowler (Amber) and Quentin Fowler; and his close friend George. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
