George Young Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Young of Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 9, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father George W. Young; and his siblings, Terri Young and Michael Young. He is survived by: his mother Lois Young (Hutchins); his wife Debra Young (Warfield) of Springfield; his children, Christopher Young of Springfield, Ohio and Christian Young-Anderson (Chelle) of Springdale, MD; his sister Twana Harris of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Ashley (Christopher), Dorian Young, Cimone Anderson of Springdale, MD and Isaiah Young; his brothers-in-law, Pastor Ricardo Warfield (Valinda) and Kevin Warfield (Angela); his aunts, Doris Elder and Dr. Reva Hutchins; his cousin House; his sons, Elijah and Izaiah Ellington; and his brothers, Horace Young, Lesley Moore, Van Hutchins, Bishop Ronald Young and Rev. Carl Hutchins. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; Sisters-in-Law.

Due to Covid-19 it will be a private service for family and we will be following the CDC guidelines.
