He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn Ullom and Dorothy Ullom; and his grandparents, Billy, Fanny Ullom, Bill and Charlotte Moore.
He is survived by : his wife Ginger Ullom; his children, Chad Ullom (Tasha) and Marci Hodge (Spencer); his grandchildren, Bree Ullom, Brayden Hodge and Olivia Hodge; his stepgrandsons, Calvin and Lucas Heit; his sister Patricia Oplotnik (Jim); his nephews, Jimmy Oplotinik (Kim), Greg (Darcie), Jeff (Debbie) and Brent (Marissa); his niece Angie Sellers (Colonel Kevin); his aunt Sara Moore; his brother Gary Sweeney (Karen); and his cousins, Karen and Rick Kirby. He is also survived by six great nephews, five great nieces, and a great great niece.
