She is survived by: her husband Sam Wallis of Muskogee, OK; her sons, Rob (Tina Tipton), Randy (Teresa Tipton) and Brad (Sarah Wallis); and her siblings, Ronnie and Gaila Smalley. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many other cousins.
