She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Cook of Tulsa, OK; her daughters, Sarah McGehee of Tulsa, OK and Morgan Middleton of Tulsa, OK; her grandchildren, Aiden, Hank and Del; and her siblings, Russell Scantling of Waldron, AR, Joy Ballard of Waldron, AR and Donna Scantling of Waldron, AR.
