He is survived by: his children, Steve Noe (Cindy) of Glenpool, Matt Noe (Andrea) of Sand Springs, Rebecca Miller (Michael) of Sand Springs and Sara Noe of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Brandon VanDyne, Crystal VanDyne, Cody Noe, Kyle Noe, Brittany VanDyne, Dylan Noe, Justin Noe, Paige Noe, Payton Shahreza, Paige Stockton and Hannah Miller; his great grandchildren, Kayeleigh Noe, Tiffani VanDyne, Dustin VanDyne, Miriya Kotongan, Madeline Kotongan, Gage Scott, Paisley Florence and Breanne Hallman; and his siblings, Debbie Williams of Sand Springs, Johny Noe (Ingre) of Illinois and Sherry Chaffin (Mike) of Coweta, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
