She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernice Carpenter and Myrtle Carpenter; her brother Arthur Carpenter; her son Jimmy Williams; and her grandson Thomas Labombard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Cockrell and Carla Labombard; and her sister Sylvia Curnutt. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
