It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Leroy Hulse in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hulse and Opal Hulse (Moffett). He is survived by: his wife Janie; his children, Kim Werner (Vince), Leroy Hulse (Chris), Joseph Humphrey, Kristina Branson, Angie Porter (Nate), Nicholas Hulse (Lucinda) and Shanna Moudy; and his grandsons, Adam Hulse, Caden Hulse, Tyler Hulse, Andrew Werner, Sam Porter and Wyatt Hulse. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
