It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hershel Chip Smith (Tulsa, Oklahoma), who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother T. Loraine Smith. He is survived by: his father Hershel Smith I; his sisters, Janie Smith and Lori Schmeling; and his siblings' children, Amanda Coble, Jessica Roberts, Heather Clow, Keith Welch Jr. and Chris Smith. He is also survived by 3 great-nephews and 4 great-nieces.
