He is survived by: his children, Mickey Lynam (Teri) of Plano, Texas and Cindy Sawyer (William Sawyer, MD) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Erin Lee McCormack (Parker), Katie Beth Lynam, Stephen W. Sawyer, MD (Brooke), Christopher D. Sawyer (Ashley) and Jason B. Sawyer; and his great grandchildren, Everett W. Sawyer, Carter M. Sawyer, Emmy Wise McCormack and Blakely Scott McCormack. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
