He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Dan Foland (Alyson), Kay Park (Paul Park) and Greg Foland (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Carl Foland, Ashley Foland, Lacey Foland, Joe Park, Andy Park, Michael Park, Steve Park, Chuck Foland and Robert Foland. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorials in memory of Jack may be made to a Charity of Donor's Choice and may be sent in care of the funeral home.
