He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilbur Qualls and Marguerite Qualls; his wife Linda Sue Steil Qualls of Tulsa; his brothers, William Clark Qualls (Iris) and Matt Floyd Qualls; his children, Kevin Mark Qualls (Brenda), Joyce Kathleen Colbert, Sheila Kay Philion, Keli Ruth Loveless and James Burton Monroe (Terry); and his siblings, Glen Franklin Qualls and Ann Marie Qualls. He was also cherished by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
