He is survived by: his wife Nelma Casady of Glenpool; his children, Jennie Lynn of Sapulpa, James Leroy II (Jamie) and Jamie Foust (Janette) of Pacific Junction, IA.; his grandchildren, Weston Bock and Kassi Bock; his sister Lois Givens of Tulsa; and also, Mary and Aurther. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
