She was predeceased by: her parents, William Pavlick and Ruth Pavlick (Weber). She is survived by: her husband Albert H. Kasishke, Jr. of Tulsa, OK; her sons, Albert H. Kasishke III (Bonnie) of Troy, MO, Paul R. Kasishke (Paula) of Broken Arrow, OK and David W. Kasishke (Paula) of Tulsa, OK; her brother Bill Pavlick (Nancy) of Yorkville, IL; her grandchildren, Paul Robert Kasishke (Jamie), Albert H. Kasishke IV, Courtney Bockhorst (Aaron), William Kasishke (Jessica) and Emma Kasishke; and her great grandchildren, Ave Mae Bockhorst and Paul Robert "Trip" Kasishke III. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
