She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank George Wirt and Faye Merle Flora Wirt; her brother Fritz Wade Wirt; and her great grandchild Isabella Humphreys. She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Church; her children, Delinda Counts (Brad) of Tulsa and Mark Church of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Joshua Humphreys, Lucas Humphreys (Heidi) and Micah Humphreys (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Colin, Brooke, Anabelle, Deacon and Shephard Humphreys. She is also survived by many friends and extended family.
