He is survived by: his parents, Jerald Gene Bollinger (Beverly) of Chanute, Kansas and Micki Ann Schumacher Bollinger of Grove, Oklahoma; his wife Bridget Bollinger; his daughters, Sarah Elizabeth Bollinger of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Mary Esther Bollinger of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his siblings, David Bollinger of Tulsa, Lonna Lockhart of Tulsa and Reggie Bollinger (Angie) of Pittsburg, Kansas. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
