He is survived by: his wife Jami Avery; his children, Stacey, Melissa, Stacy and Matthew Hill; his siblings, Lee Hill (Vicki) and JoEllen McCuan; and his mother-in-law Jerry Baldwin-Fretz. He is also survived by three nieces.
