“My name is Teresa Hannaford-Keen. I was (Jimmie) Ray's sister. There were 5 of us kids. Ray was a 1981 Westville High School graduate and a proud military veteran. Our younger brother, Leeland passed away in 1987. Our father, Jimmie Lee Hannaford passed away in 1997. And our mother, Charlotte passed away a few months ago. Ray leaves behind two adult children, Rodney Allen Workman and Elana Sue Workman, myself-Teresa and two brothers, Brian and Jonathan Hannaford.”
