He was predeceased by: his parents, William B. Webb and Rosie Maebelle Webb (Knight); his grandson Austin Price; and his siblings, Wayne Webb, Charlene Bloom, Lacy Ables, Ruby Brice, Charlie Melton, Ruth Ables, Chester Webb, William "Smokey" Webb, Jennie Lee Lott, Virgie Erwin, Jane Erwin, Bob Webb and Joe Webb.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Cox; his children, James Webb (Kathrine Louise) of Seminole, Kathryn Price (Jason) of Wright City and April DeShields (Jared) of Sand Springs; his siblings, Hardy Webb (Thelma) of Sun City, Arizona and Joan Veach of Wewoka; his grandchildren, Brett Anthony Webb (Kaylyn), Ganae Nicole Gonzalez (R. G.), Kaitlin Leann Webb, Seth Ryan Webb, Kayli Nicole Price, Jordan Bryce DeShields, Kinzi Fayth Price and Aidan Kerr DeShields; and his great grandchildren, Aubree Mariana Webb Gonzalez, Javier James Gonzalez and Ella Fay Price-Threatt.
