She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Lee and Eva Alton Hale (Thompson); her brothers, Charles, R. L. and Neville Hale (Nicky); and her husband Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie (Terry Widener), Roxanne (Vernon Hamilton), Celia (Kendall Meadows), Douglas, Eric (Teri Stall) and Doug (Jo Ann Stall). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, and at last count, 13 great-grandchildren.
