She is survived by: her husband David Foster; her brother Larry Powell; her children, David Montgomery (Cindy) and Angela Williams (Rick); and her grandchildren, Dan Montgomery (Amber), Rachel Benevidez (Ron), Joshua Vess, Jessica Montgomery, Christina Montgomery, Katie Slone, Brian Slone, Hannah Williams and Ethan Slone. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
