He is survived by: his wife Verla; his children, Lauren Kirk, Brett Kirk, Sean Bloomfield, James Bloomfield, Christina Bloomfield and Alex Rivera; his sisters, Lori Long, Kelly Bloomfield and Anne Faulbusch; his siblings-in-law, Anita Bloomfield and Brian Smith of Austin; his sibling Tino Ramirez of Dallas; and also Kelly Ramirez of Dallas.
