He is survived by: his parents, Don Foster and Paula Foster of Fort Gibson, OK; his son Joe Foster of Tulsa, OK; his siblings, Scott Foster of Florham Park, NJ, Brian Foster (Anna) of Castle Rock, CO and Bonnie DeFord of Castle Rock, CO; his former spouse Jamie Hamilton of Broken Arrow, OK; and his stepdaughters, Allison Giles, Melissa Giles of Tulsa, OK and Megan Bissonnette (Austen) of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and step grandsons.
