He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Waltemate; his sons, Pat Cawiezell (Gillian) and Mike Cawiezell (Francie); his grandchildren, Clementine of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Walter of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Eddie of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and his sister Betsy Albrecht.
