She was predeceased by: her parents, Sydney Fulks and Leona Fulks; her brother Charles Fulks; and her nephew Larry Philkoff. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Douglas; her sister Beverly Philkoff; her siblings-in-law, Jerry and Nancy Douglas; her daughters, Sandra Douglas, Vicki Burkhalter and Kim Rosencutter; her son-in-law Craig Rosencutter; her granddaughters, Lauren Burkhalter, Aubrey and Allie Rosencutter; and her sibling's children, Teresa Christiansen and Kevin Philkoff.
