She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Delbert Moshier and Elouise Carrie Ruggles Moshier; and her sister Robin. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Tabor; her son Jason Tabor of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and her grandson Austin Tabor of Tulsa, Oklahoma. She is also survived by five siblings and many friends and extended family.
Due to gravity of the circumstances and the result the pandemic has brought into our lives, current conditions have necessitated measures prohibiting a customary farewell.
